Look I’m 74 years old and I’m still evolving as an elder beast. If you have no desire to improve your life and your legacy and yeah, maybe you are too far gone but I know that the human body has an incredible capacity to improve and with the right approach regardless of of age or physical condition you can too. Studies have shown that even in later years, exercise, good nutrition, and mental stimulation can significantly enhance strength, flexibility, and cognitive function.
Remember your body was built to survive everything that nature can throw at it now it’s up to you to begin to throw the challenges on yourself. It’s not about willpower. It is about awareness. Your body will change to survive. Whatever you put it through. Remember without strength, your legacy diminishes and has less validity. The condition you were in is directly proportional to the stresses you have placed on it. If you have 20 years of eating terrible alcohol consumption or any other toxic substances, it takes longer for your body to correct itself. For me, setting small goals help me to stairstep my way to HEALTH. Warning once started on this journey. It is a lifetime commitment to yourself to enjoy the best life possible. All things that are part of your life now will improve and become more joyful than you can imagine. if you feel good, you’ll look good and you will live well.
